Refund Policy

1. 14-day refunds

If you are not happy with a membership, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment — the first payment, a renewal or a lifetime purchase — and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

2. How to request one

Email theruntimetheory@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us which payment you would like refunded. Your invoices are listed in the billing portal on your account page.

3. What happens next

• We issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within two business days.
• Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Access paid for by the refunded payment ends: a refunded subscription is canceled, and refunded lifetime access is removed.

4. After 14 days

Later payments are not normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, or a renewal you could not cancel — contact us and we will make it right.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and does not replace, any rights you have under consumer law where you live, including withdrawal rights for digital services in the EU and UK.
